Email: minnatullah.ali2022@gmail.com Abstract: The purpose of the research is to show that the Islamic Shariah has come up with its provisions taking into account the moral dimensions, the secular and other interests of the slaves, as well as its interest in the organizational aspects, and to show that the Shariah's provisions have taken into account the practical dimensions, in which the ability to perform and comply with the teachings of all those responsible has been observed, as well as its ideal form, in which the moral and improvement dimension is reflected in compliance with the full face of legal rule. The research has taken into account the pragmatic approach of following the legal provisions concerning women from the legal code. The analytical methodology has also been used to analyse the views on the ethical principles of the sharia provisions in general, and on women in particular. After following a series of issues and provisions concerning women, a number of conclusions have been drawn.
