Abstract:
Ethics are among the essential principles upon which the structure of society is built, whether these ethics are scientific, professional, cultural, artistic, commercial, political, or social. This highlights the importance of the judiciary's role in maintaining professional ethics, especially the ethics of the legal profession, by enforcing the judicial protection established in this regard and considering it as part of judicial duties that protect professional ethics and uphold the core values of society. A lawyer shares with the judge a role within the judicial system to manifest judicial justice. If a lawyer breaches the duty of honesty or fails in professional ethics, he becomes subject to legal accountability to the extent necessary to compensate the injured party for any damage caused. This research plan includes an introduction, a preface, three sections and a conclusion. The introduction outlines the importance of the topic, the research problem, the scientific method adopted, and the research plan. It is followed by a preface on the essence of professional ethics and law practice. The first section tackles the lawyer and his responsibility for breaches of professional ethics, the second discusses the role of the regular judiciary in protecting professional ethics, and the third touches on the role of administrative judiciary in protecting professional ethics. The conclusion presents the main findings and proposed recommendations of the research.
