Several verses in the Holy Quran instill a sense of tranquility and peace in a person. Therefore, the research aims to clarify the role of language in highlighting the psychological impact of these verses of serenity on the soul of the recipient and on bringing calm and reassurance to his troubled heart. This has been achieved through studying and analyzing the phonetic, morphological, grammatical, and lexical characteristics of the verses. In the study, which relies on the descriptive approach with its tools (statistics - analysis), the verses of serenity have been collected and then analyzed at the various linguistic levels, highlighting the psychological aspect of each level. This research has reached several results, the most important of which are: The phonetic units used in the verses of serenity, with their connotations, help highlight the psychological impact of these verses on the soul of the recipient. The use of the word Tabūt (the ark), which is a rare form in Arabic is consistent with what the ark represented to the children of Israel. Using the prohibition method in the meaning of company enhances safety and reassurance in the soul of the recipient. The diversity of structures in the Qur’anic discourse that range from statements to rhetorical styles strengthens the text and increases the impact on the reader’s psychology. The tranquility of the Children of Israel is a material tranquility, but the tranquility of the Muhammadan nation has been deposited by Almighty Allah in their hearts.
