This research aims to study and analyze the language of the Qur’anic moral discourse of selected verses from Surat An-Nahl in light of the constants of sociolinguistics. The researcher has adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The research consists of two sections, the first deals with the moral discourse in the Almighty’s saying: “God commands justice, kindness, and giving to relatives” (Qur’an, 16: 90), and the second contains the moral discourse in the Almighty’s saying: “And fulfill your covenant with God when you make a covenant, and do not break oaths after confirming them” (16: 91). The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Holy Qur’an is an authentic source of all religious, moral and social educational concepts, which are suitable for all individuals in every time and place. Such concepts can achieve the purposes of Sharia in building a strong, civilized Muslim society with members who can lead the world to development and progress.
