Moral Perversion: Reasons and Methods of Healing in the Qur’an Sahar Rabie Abdel Hamid Younis. Department of Qur’an Exegesis and Qur’anic Sciences, Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies for Female Students, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt Saharasm86@gmail.com Abstract:
The research aims to know the fundamentals and principles of dealing with this problem that has spread in our society to create a healthy society capable of development and progress through the guidance of the Holy Qur’an. The study is based on the deductive, the inductive, and the analytical methods of research.
The research concludes with several results, including the following: moral perversion harms the individual and society; therefore, it must be punished for violating the correct rules. The family also plays a major role in the perversion of the individual, and so do modern media. This leads to the destruction of the Muslim society, which is what the West aims for. Therefore, an individual must choose good company and avoid bad company, and to follow the straight path set by our true religion to advance our society. One of the most prominent recommendations of the research is that perversion must be confronted in all its forms and the causes that lead to it must be known, because knowing the cause is part of the treatment. Centers that educate families to protect their members from perversion must be supported. The educational aspects at schools and universities must precede the instructional one, so more attention must be paid to the moral and educational aspects and instilling good values and morals into students.
