Moral Awareness and its Impact on Preserving the Security of the Individual and Society in light of the Almighty’s saying “O you who have believed, let no people ridicule another people” An Objective Exegetical Study Reda Muhammad Makhlouf Hassan. It regulates all aspects of human life, including ethics, because ethics has a major role in the well-being of the individual and society. The research aims to shed light on the Almighty’s saying, “O you who have believed, let no people ridicule another people” (Qur’an, 49:11) in which Allah Almighty warns against ridicule. The research clarifies the Quran’s method of dealing with this reprehensible quality. In this research, which makes use of the inductive and objective approaches, the Quranic verses related to the topic have been tracked, and their interpretation studied objectively. The results of the research include the following: the existence of morals is as old as human history, and some good morals were present in pre-Islamic times, but these morals were sometimes motivated by tribal fanaticism. Islam recognizes many moral virtues that were present in pre-Islamic life, but it refines, modifies, and places them within the framework of faith and creed instead of tribal fanaticism. Ridicule is a method suffered by all Prophets, and the polytheists used it to repel the call of the Prophet (pbuh). Indeed, the Noble Qur'an strongly condemns those who mock others and employs various methods to address their reprehensible behavior.
