This study aims to clarify the concept of role models in the Quran, related terms, the Quranic method of encouraging emulation of Prophets and righteous people, and the role of positive role models in advancing societies. The study follows an objective approach. Among its main findings is that positive role models contribute to the development and advancement of societies, elevate moral standards, and foster positive and effective societal progress. They protect society from the spread of negative behaviors and poor ethics, provide practical evidence of the possibility of applying ideals and values in real life, and offer the best example and accurate representation of correct practical implementation. Thus, positive role models become exemplary in the practical application of laws, ethics, values, and principles, playing a prominent role in societal progress through various aspects. Key recommendations include activating the role of positive role models across all fields, conducting independent research on the impact of positive role models in each specific field, and emphasizing the importance of Quranic stories and parables as sources of guidance for positive role models and their applications. This study also recommends incorporating the biographies of prophets and the righteous into educational curricula at all educational levels.
