Abstract:
The aim of the research is to shed light on the training programs of Al-Azhar International Academy by identifying their stages, the values included in them, and the strategic vision for developing them to serve the societal values. The research made use of the historical survey, desk research method, and the method of analyzing the quantitative and qualitative content of the data. The research results confirmed that the training programs have developed in number and quality since the establishment of the academy until now, which confirms that they keep pace with the current issues and the problems arising from the movement of society in various fields. Such issues seen in light of regional and international conditions require that Al-Azhar preachers resume their role and moderate discourse in dealing with them under the supervision of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. The results also show that the Academy programs contain various societal values (social, religious, theoretical, political, economic, and aesthetic values). In addition, the Academy adopts a specialized training policy that addresses various fields, so it has professional experts from different disciplines to achieve the desired goals that serve the comprehensive development of the Egyptian society.
