Abstract:
This study tackles the concept of the moderation of Islamic ethics and points out its impact on building individuals and societies in light of the Holy Quran. The study aims to emphasize that ethics, like creed, are not human-made but rather a gift from the Creator of humankind, and thus they remain constant and unchanging over time. The most important findings of the study, which employed the inductive and analytical methods, are that the constancy of ethics and values with a commitment to moderation is one of Islam's fundamental principles, that peace is the highest purpose governing all aspects of rights, and that a lack of ethical commitment necessarily leads to a lack of responsibility.
