With the international focus on developing artificial intelligence technologies and the rapid spread of their usage in all fields of life, some crimes which harm many individuals have emerged recently due to the misuse of artificial intelligence. These crimes include cyber extortion, cyber terrorism that threatens national security, in addition to violations of intellectual property rights. Islamic law has preserved all human rights and preceded human legislation in safeguarding these rights. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) warned Muslims against infringing upon these rights, whether they are material or intellectual. This research aims to clarify the nature of intellectual property and the protection provided to it by Islamic law, the rights that arise from it, and the jurisprudential interpretation of these rights. Additionally, it seeks to define the essence of artificial intelligence, its types, and fields of application. The research also aims to ensure that these applications are conformed to specific recognized standards and regulations, as well as to provide a legal interpretation of the uses of artificial intelligence technologies in general. Furthermore, it aims to examine the impact of artificial intelligence systems violations of intellectual property rights.
