The study of opposites has gained the attention of researchers, ancient and modern, and scientific research has been presented that studies this strange phenomenon in the Qur’an and interpretation from different angles, and its impact on differences has been shown. interpreters, and the role they play in the context of texts. Rather, research was presented to study them in dictionaries and literature books... but I did not find anyone who had studied this phenomenon in the books of the Sunnah, so this research aimed to collect the words of opposites that were only mentioned in the books of the Sunnah of the Prophet (the two Sahihs). . The confirmation of this phenomenon in the Sunnah is strong evidence of the resolution of the dialectic of opposites in the Arab heritage and linguistic reality through their ruling on the opposite of the word through narration and the eloquent tongue, and responding to those who denied it. The research also aims to clarify the concept of opposites by presenting the different views of hadith scholars and reviewing their method of interpreting and citing them, and their approach to balancing and giving preference to one of the meanings of opposite words.
