The Summary:
This research aims to present new rulings of Zakat al-Fitr- that many people ignore. Among these rulings; assigning charitable institutions to distribute zakat, and the ruling if zakat payer gives it to those institutions on time and they delay it. Also, the study discusses the ruling if those institutions invest zakat money or use it in marrying or treating the poor and the orphans, as well as spending it in relieving the Palestinians. In this respect, the study also presents the ruling if the zakat payer gives it via electronic means, in addition to some other controversial issues.

The researcher followed the descriptive approach to originate the issue, and the analytical approach to analyze the sources, and to state the opinions of jurists.

The Results:

- It is permissible to pay zakat to relieve the Palestinians with whatever achieves a dignified life for them.
- Paying Zakat al-Fitr via electronic means is permissible according to the agreement of jurists- as it is permissible to delegate in zakat>
