Abstract:
The research addresses the issue of cosmic changes from the perspective of materialistic philosophy. It illustrates the materialists' view of the origin of the universe, its development, and examines the problem of atheism and its intersection with environmental changes among materialists. The research follows analytical, comparative, and critical methods. One of the most important findings of the research is that it demonstrates that traditional faith, in all its forms and messages, acknowledges the existence of the controlling and creator God of this vast cosmic order. In contrast, materialistic philosophy, described as atheistic, believes there is no God, and this concept has been proven invalid. The research also shows that the reliance of materialistic thought on reason alone negates other epistemological means, such as revelation, which is necessary for completing knowledge. Without divine guidance, reason goes astray, and without reason, divine guidance cannot be applied. There is no salvation or safety for the world from the impending disaster except by adhering to the ethical limits of beauty and ugliness defined by divine law. The research also highlights the close connection between materialists' ethical philosophy and their view of the universe. In contrast to this materialistic perspective, ethical philosophy aims to reveal the origin of the universe and attempts to prove the invalidity of the ideas held by materialistic thinkers. The research attempts to explore the significance of ethical philosophy among Muslims in preserving this universe.
