Abstract:

The research aims to clarify what is meant by divorce documentation, its impact on rights preservation, and the necessity for such an official documentation. Documentation is considered the most powerful and undeniable method to prove divorce. In modern times, the necessity for such a process emerges from moral corruption and other reasons such as forgetfulness and changing testimony all of which result in rights loss.
This research follows the comparative analytical inductive approach reaching the following results: documentation preserves the contract against any falsification, an important reason to urge the need of documentation. Verbal divorce is an actual divorce that is accounted from the number of divorces the husband can have. The law decides that verbal divorce occurs once the husband articulates it. Thus, the divorcee is advised to rapidly document a divorce whenever such a divorce occurs.
