Abstract:
The research aims to clarify the rhetorical aspects of the style of marriage and divorce verses of in the Holy Qur’an. It is titled: Some Rhetorical Aspects of Style in the Wording of The Holy Quran about the Judgments of Marriage and Divorce. The importance of the research lies in explaining the eloquence of style in the verses of the Holy Quran and explaining that Islam helped women and preserved their rights. Women are the basis of the family entity, with their righteousness as wives and mothers , their families are guided to righteousness. Islam honored her as a daughter, sister, wife, and mother, and preserved her rights at all stages of life. The research followed the analytical approach. The most important findings of the research are: It is not desirable for a guardian to marry an orphan from the women whose guardianship has been assigned to him, because he may deprive her of her right, unless he secures her rights, and marries her on a dowry comparable to the dowry of other women in similar status. Another finding refers to the selection of vocabulary best suitable for the denotation of shariah rule as a sign of the eloquence of the Holy Quran.
