Fundamental Rules Affecting the Decisions of Corona Pandemic

Abstract

Abstract
Praise be to Allah, and may prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messengers.
This modest research aims to highlight, originate, and predict the fundamental jurisprudence rules related to the decisions of the corona pandemic.
 
The research methodology is an applied approach where the researcher introduced the corona pandemic, traced the jurisprudential rules and decisions that resulted from this pandemic, and traced the fundamental rules that helped to originate corona related decisions and make them applicable, namely licenses, the non-demarcated interests, and ijtihad (independent reasoning). The research conclusion includes the most important findings of the research and proves that the Islamic Sharia law with its origins is valid for every time and place. By giving place for ijtihad, rules and judgments are deduced accordingly to fit recent affairs and inflections in order to save individuals and groups any harm.  This Sharia is immortal, enduring and is sufficient to provide solutions to all problems, and that the use of Sharia licenses from dropping, switching, reducing, delaying, and accelerating is a facilitation and a mercy to the believers. These decisions, which stem from the origins of the Sharia, its spirit and its purposes offer goodness and guidance for individuals and communities in their world and in the hereafter, so it was necessary to apply these decisions to protect humanity and preserve it.
