أخوة النسب بين الواقع وتعاليم الإسلام " دراسة نظرية تحليلية "

ملخص البحث:
تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية رابطة أخوة النسب، ومکانتها في الفطرة الإنسانية، وما ينبغي أن تکون عليه، ومعرفة الواقع الذي آلت إليه تلک العلاقة، وحقيقة التعامل بين الإخوة والأخوات ببعضهم في المجتمع المعاصر، والوقوف على الأسباب الحقيقية لسوء العلاقة بين الإخوة والأخوات في المجتمعات المعاصرة؛ لإمکانية علاجها ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها في ضوء تعاليم الإسلام.العمل على وضع تصور دعوي مناسب لکيفية معالجة ذلک الواقع، وبيان ما أولاه الإسلام لتلک الرابطة من اهتمام، وما رتب عليها من حقوق وواجبات والتزامات، وما شرَّعه من آداب وسلوکيات لحفظ تلک العلاقة وحمايتها، وإظهار التعامل بين الإخوة في أرقى صورة وأنقاها، مع توجيه الدعاة إلى الله تعالى والمعنين – من فئات المجتمع – إلى القيام بأدوارهم المنوطة بهم تجاه تلک القضية للعودة بالعلاقة إلى صورتها الصحيحة وما ينبغي أن تکون عليه في ظل هدي الإسلام. وتحقيقاً لتک الأهداف فقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج: الوصفي والاستقرائي والتحليلي، وذلک لوصف واقع العلاقة بين الإخوة والأخوات، واستقراء النصوص والأدلة مع استنباط المطلوب منها لخدمة البحث، ثم تحليل کل ذلک تحليلا دعويًّا بما يتناسب مع قضايا البحث.
ومن نتائج الدراسة، أن سوء العلاقة بين الإخوة والأخوات ليس فطرياً، ولکنه حادث نتيجة عدد من العوامل والأسباب، التي ساعدت على ذلک، والتي يمکن معالجتها، کما أن الإسلام بتعاليمه السامية وضع أسساً ومبادئ قوية ترتکز عليها علاقة الإخوة والأخوات، کما رسمت تعاليمه منهجاً قويماً للتعامل بين الإخوة وبعضهم، هناک أدوار مجتمعية ينبغي أن تؤدى للوصول بالعلاقة إلى ما ينبغي أن تکون عليه.

Siblings between Reality and the Teachings of Islam: Analytical and Theoretical Study

Abstract:
The study aims to demonstrate the importance of the bond among siblings, its status in human disposition, how it should be, the reality of that relationship, the reality of how siblings deal with one another in modern society, and the true causes of the stormy relationship between siblings in modern societies, so as to find proper solutions in light of the teachings of Islam, to develop appropriate preaching method of how to address that reality, to show the attention that Islam has given to that bond, the rights, duties, and obligations given to it, the ethics and behaviors that Islam established to preserve and protect that relationship, and to guide Muslim preachers and those concerned to play their respective roles on that issue.To achieve these objectives, the study adopts descriptive, inductive, and analytical approaches to describe the reality of the relationship between brothers and sisters, to induce and deduce texts and pieces of evidence then analyze all of this in a manner appropriate to the research questions. Among the conclusions of the study is that the poor relationship between brothers and sisters is not innate, but it is recent, as a result of several factors and reasons, which can be addressed. Islam, with its noble teachings, has based solid principles for the relationship among siblings. Teachings of Islam provide proper approach for maintaining siblings’ relationships. There are societal roles that should be performed to improve the relation among siblings to the way it supposed to be.
