الملخص:
هذا بحث جَمَعْتُ فيه سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ کِتَابًا عُنِىَ مصنِّفوها فيها ببيان الراجح من الأقوال في الرُّوَاة المُختلَف فيهم، وذَکَرْتُ فيه ما يُحتاج إليه من المسائل المتعلقة بذلک.
وهَدَفُ البَحْث هو المساعدة على إدراک القول الراجح فى الرُّوَاة المُختلَف فيهم.
ومَنْهَج البَحْثِ هو المنْهَج الاستقرائى التَّحْلِيلِىِ، والمَنْهَج الاستنباطِىُّ أيضًا.
ومن نتائج البَحْث أن الرُّوَاة المُختلَف فيهم کثير منهم نَصَّ العلماء على القول الراجح فيهم في مصنَّفاتهم التي أَلَّفُوها في التراجِم. ومنها: أن الرُّوَاة المُختلَف فيهم الذين لا يُوجَد فيهم ترجيح من العلماء المتقدمين يمکن الترجيح فيهم باستعمال القواعد التي مَشَوا عليها في ترجيحاتهم التي وُجِدت.

The Books in which their Authors Identify the Most Preponderant Opinion regarding the Debatable Narrators

Abstract:
This Study contains seventeen books in which the authors have declared the preponderant opinion regarding the debatable narrators. The important related issues are addressed in the study.
The present study aims to help to know the preponderant opinion in regard with the debatable narrators.
The study adopts the inductive analytical approach, as well as the deductive approach.
Conclusions of the Study:
- there are many debatable narrators and scholars have mentioned the predominant opinion regarding them in the books of biographies.
- We can use the same rules of the preponderance that the scholars used in order to reach the right decision can be applied to the debatable narrators who are not mentioned by these scholars.
