ملخص:
تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في نظرية الترجمة من خلال تحليل الخطاب، لاسيما أنه مناط تفکير المترجمين وقبلة عنايتهم، وهدفهم في ذلک أن يَحْذِق المترجم عناصر اللغتين الأصل والمستهدفة، وأن يَمْهَرَ التجوال بينهما، مستثمرا الإجراءات التداولية، حتى يستنهض مکونات النص الأصلي، ويقارب سياقاته المتنوعة الفکرية والمعرفية والثقافية.
منهج الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفيالتحليلي، إذ سيقوم الباحث باستقراء جوانب محددة من مکونات النظرية اللسانية التداولية، وصارفا همته إلى تحديد جدواها حال ممارسة الفعل الترجمي، ومنه إلى إثبات صلاحيتها ونفعها في تحليل مکونات النص الأصلي ومقاربة سياقاته، من أجل تنفيذ طرفي المعادلة، وهي تحقيق مقتضيات النص الأصلي ومقاصد مؤلِّفه، مع تلبية توقعات قارئ النص المستهدف.
وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى أن الترجمة صنيع اجتماعي، التحدي الأساسي فيه هو فهم النصوص واستيعاب سياقاتها من أجل دحض احتمالية وقوع تنافر بين الأقوال والمقاصد. وهي کذلک فعل اتصالي، لا ينبغي المخاطرة فيه بعملية الفهم والإفهام، لذلک لا بد من ترجمة المقصود لا المقول، وإلا صار خطأ إبلاغيا، وإن ضبط مقاصد الخطاب يعني تقليبه على وجوهه المحتملة حتى يُستخلص له وجه، بشرط التحرک في ظل مبادئ الاستعمال اللغوي وحدوده وإجراءاته، ويکون ذلک بالنفاذ إلى الطريقة التي يفکر بها مستخدمي لغة النصوص الأصلية. وإن المعالجة التداولية هي الأنسب في هذا السياق إلا أنه يلزمها زمرة من الأدوات التحليلية لفحص العوامل المقامية في إنتاج الملفوظات، کذلک الأفعال اللغوية، ومدى استثمار القوى الإنجازية والتأثيرات المتعالقة معها لتحقيق تأثيرات بعينها في المخاطَبين.
Toward a Pragmatic Approach to The Translation’s Act

Abstract:
The study aims to search for the translation theory through discourse analysis. The goal for the translator is to master the elements of the original and target languages and skillfully work between them, investing pragmatical procedures to be aware of the components of the original text and approach its diverse intellectual contexts, cognitive and cultural.
The study method is the descriptive and analytical method, as the researcher will extrapolate specific aspects of the components of the Pragmatical linguistic theory and devote his attention to determining their feasibility in the case of practicing the translation act, and from there to prove their validity and usefulness in analyzing the components of the original text and approaching its contexts, to implement both sides of the equation, which is an investigation The requirements of the original text and the intentions of its author, while meeting the expectations of the target text reader.
The study concluded that translation is a social act. The main challenge is to understand texts and grasp their contexts to refute the possibility of incompatibility between words and intentions. It is also a communicative act, so it is necessary to translate just the meaning. Otherwise, it becomes a reporting error. The Pragmatic treatment is the most appropriate in this context, but it requires a group of analytical tools to examine the denominational factors in the production of the archives, as well as the linguistic actions, and the extent of investing the achievement forces and their related influences to achieve specific effects on the addressees.
