في بحث هذا الموضوع إبراز للوجه المشرق للفقه الإسلامي، وشموليته، وإظهار لمحاسنه وفيـه إسـهام في تحقيق قـدر من التواصـل العلمـي النافع بين المختصـين في الفقـه والطـب؛ بتجليـة الأحـکام المتعلقـة بهـذا الموضوع. اتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي وذلک بتتبع أطراف الموضوع وما کتبه العلماء حوله في مصادرهم المعتمدة، وإعادة تنسيق ذلک واستخلاص ما يرتبط بموضوع البحث. کما اتبع المنهج الوصفي وذلک بتوصيف وتوضيح ما کتبه العلماء حول الموضوع مع المقارنة بين مذاهب العلماء المختلفة في هذه المسألة، وبيان أدلة کل فريق للوصول إلى الراجح من هذه الأقوال. ومن نتائج البحث: أن من الهيئات الخَلْقية التي ظهرت ما بات يعرف (بالتوائم الملتصقة) والتي تحتاج إلى مزيد عناية ببيان الأحکام الأحـکام المتعلقـة بهـذا الموضوع. وأن التوأم الملتصق، ويطلق عليه التوأم السيامي نسبةً إلى بلاد سيام [تايلاند حالياً] حيث ولد أشهر توأمين ملتصقين في التاريخ هما[تشان]و[إن]. وأن حدوث التصاق الأجنة هو لدى التوائم المتطابقة أي: (اللذان يکون منشأهما من بويضة واحدة)، ولا يحدث الالتصاق بين التوائم التي تنشأ من بويضتين مختلفتين.

Abstract:
In discussing this topic, in order to highlight the bright side of Islamic jurisprudence, its comprehensiveness, and to show its merits, and in it it contributes to achieving a degree of beneficial scientific communication between specialists in jurisprudence and medicine; To clarify the provisions related to this topic. The researcher followed in his research this each of The inductive approach by tracing the parties to the topic and what scholars wrote about it in their approved sources, re-coordinating that and extracting what is related to the research topic. Descriptive method by describing and clarifying what scholars have written on the subject with a comparison between the different doctrines of
scholars on this issue, and showing the evidence of each team to reach the most correct of these sayings.Among research results: That From the moral bodies that have emerged what has come to be known as (conjoined twins), which need more attention to clarify the rulings related to this topic. Conjoined twins, called the Siamese twin in relation to the country of Siam [present-day Thailand], where the most famous conjoined twins in history were born, [Chan] and [En].The occurrence of adhesion of fetuses is in identical twins, that is, (those whose origin is from one egg), and the adhesion does not occur between twins that arise from two different eggs.
