الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى بيان الأمور الاتية:            
أولاً: معرفة المواد التي تم إدخالها في عصرنا الحالي والتي تضاف للأطعمة الحيوانية عند تصنيعها
ثانياً : معرفة ما يترتب من أضرار نتيجة استخدام تلک المواد على جسم الإنسان، وبيان الحکم الشرعي فيها .                                  
ثالثاً : بيان أنواع هذه المواد بمسمياتها کالهرمونات الکيماوية أو هدرجة الزيوت الناتجة عن شحوم الحيوان أو معالجة اللحوم بالأشعة لقتل الجراثيم أو الحفاظ عليه من التلف ، وکذلک استخدام المضادات الحيوية لتسريع نمو الحيوان وأيضا حکم استخدام المبيدات ومدى تأثيرها على لحوم الحيوان.                        
وقد اعتمدت في کتابة البحث على المنهج ( النظري التطبيقي وکذلک الوصفي ) للتأکد من صحة المعلومات والاکتشافات العلمية ومدى مطابقة تلک المواد لضوابط الشرع.                                           
وقد توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها :
1- أن الهرمونات مواد کيماوية تتکون داخل خلايا متخصصة في الجسم ويصل إفرازها إلى الدم لذا يجب التعامل معها بدقة .
2- الزيوت المهدرجة بشحوم الميتة لا يجوز تناولها وأن التشعيع الغذائي يجب أن يستخدم بضوابط تخضع للجان علمية مختصة ، وعدم استخدام المضادات الحيوية لتسريع نمو الحيوان لما فيه من أضرار واضحة .

Juristic Judgments for Materials Used in Manifacturing Animal Source Foods

Abstract:
The topic searches about the sorts of animal foods, their divisions, the regulations about eating them, and whether they are halal or prohibited. The original judgment is that all kinds of food are allowed to be eaten, except the kinds that have a text of prohibition from Quran or Holy Sunna; or to be prohibited because of the consequences of eating them because of their original components or the materials existing in their formation
The research aims to clarify the following matters:
First: knowing the additive materials, in our time, which are being added to the Animals Food when they are manufactured. Therefore, shall search in the original of manufacturing materials and its components.
Second: knowing the damages resulting in using of manufacturing materials on the Human body and shown the   shar'i judgment
Third: knowing the materials with its names like chemical hormones or hydrogenation of oils resulting from animal fats or radiation processing of meat to kill germs or to preserve it from spoilage; in addition to the use of antibiotics to accelerate the growth of animals, the judgment concerning the use of pesticides and the extent of their effect on animal
I depended on ( theoretical - applied and descriptive )methodology to ascertain the validity of the information,  scientific discovery, and how well these materials are matched to Sharia controls. I have originated these issues through the sayings of jurists and linked them to Makasid El Sharia (Sharia's Purposes) in our times to reach a shar'i judgment concerning the use of these materials in manufacturing animal foods.
It reached a set of results, the most important of which are:
1-    Hormones are chemicals that are formed inside specialized cells in the body and secreted into the blood, so they must be dealt with accurately.
2-    Hydrogenated oils with dead fats should not be eaten, and food irradiation should be used with controls subject to specialized scientific committees, and not to use of antibiotics to accelerate the growth of animals because of the obvious damage
