نشوز الزوجة، المظاهر، الأسباب، الآثار، طرق العلاج، سبل الوقاية.

                                                                الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى خدمة المجتمع بالمحافظة على لبنته الأولى وهي الأسرة من عوامل زعزعة استقرارها بإيجاد حل لمشکلة دائمة الورود هي مشکلة نشوز الزوجة وذلک برصد المشکلة وبيان مظاهرها واستقراء أسبابها والأثار المترتبة عليها من الناحية الشرعية والاجتماعية، ومنهج الإسلام في علاجها واستنباط أبرز العوامل لوقاية الأسرة من هذه المشکلة.
اعتمد البحث على ثلاثة مناهج رئيسية وهي : منهج الاستقراء بتتبع ما کتب حول نشوز الزوجة من تناولات دينية واجتماعية قديما وحديثا، ومنهج التحليل بتحليل الدوافع والأسباب لهذه المشکله، ومنهج الاستنباط وذلک بالخلوص إلى وسائل المعالجة القرآنية والمجتمعية، وإيجاد أنسب الطرق للوقاية من خلال فهم الأسباب ونواتج الآثار المترتبة على المشکلة. وتتمثل أهم نتائج البحث في: أن المرجعية في تفصيل الحقوق والواجبات وعلاج المشکلات الأسرية هي التعاليم الإسلامية ، وأن التنشئة السليمة والتربية الصالحة المبنية على معرفة الدور الذي يضطلع به الزوجان هي الأساس المتين في وقاية الأسرة من النشوز وتبعاته.

Recalcitrance wife (Nushuz): Manifestations, Causes, Effects, Treatments and ways of protection.

Abstract:
The research aims at serving the community by preserving its first block, which is the family, from destabilizing factors by finding a solution to a permanent problem that occurs frequently; wife recalcitrance. This can be achieved through observing the problem, explaining its manifestations, extrapolating its causes and effects from the legal and social aspects and the Islam’s approach adopted to answer such a problem. Moreover, discovering the most important mays to protect the family of this problems.
The research relied on three main approaches: the extrapolation approach by tracing what was written about the wife recalcitrance and how it was tackled in the religious and social writings in the past and nowadays. The second approach is the method of analysis by analyzing the motives and causes of this problem. The third approach is the method of deduction by concluding the methods of Quranic and societal treatments and finding the most appropriate methods of prevention through comprehending the causes and effects of the problem. The most important results of the research are: The Islamic Teachings are the main reference regarding detailing the rights, duties as well as treating the family problems. The proper upbringing and good education based on knowing the role shoulder by the spouses is the solid foundation that protects the family from recalcitrance and its consequences.
